The people side of profit: Practical HR for grain growers

Employing people on-farm is more complex than ever. Between Fair Work compliance, Pastoral Award obligations, workplace safety and the expectations of today’s workforce, getting HR right can feel overwhelming — especially in farming and family business environments where “how we’ve always done it” no longer stacks up.

Farm HR: Creating Employers of Choice is a practical, farm-focused online workshop designed to help farm businesses strengthen how they employ, manage and lead their people, without losing sight of the realities of farming life.
