We offer two types of mediation services, standard conflict and crisis situations.
Standard conflict mediation services are for families or businesses experiencing inter-relationship conflict and the inability to resolve matters. This conflict is starting to impact day-to-day relationships and business operations. Acting proactively now will restore relationships and allow the matter to be resolved.
Crisis mediation services are for families and business’ in crisis, where relationships are at the point of being irrevocably damaged. Conflict is escalating and no resolution or change is achievable without intervention. This conflict is impacting long-term health of individuals, the family and even the business.
We can customise a team development session or program to meet the needs of your business. This could be a workplace health and safety briefing session, pre-seeding team meeting, developing your team culture and values or improving communication. We have accredited Myers Briggs personality typing assessors who can help teams to better understand each other as individuals and work together. Sessions can be on-site or online.

Our contract human resource (HR) service provides an independent, professional and proactive employee engagement process to farming businesses who want to formalise their employment arrangements and ensure safe workplaces for their employees.
This service can provide you with a practical understanding of farm employment. Our aim is to assist and empower you to construct viable, safe and productive work arrangements, rather than creating barriers to effective work.
We will work with you to understand the roles in your business and create clear job descriptions, employment agreements and salary reviews to ensure compliance with the Modern Award and industry standards. We can also assist you with discussing HR issues with your employees to ensure there are no mixed messages.
