Royce Pitchford and I have just wrapped up the sixth round of the Next Gen Breakthrough program. An initiative we’ve been delivering since 2019 with the Farm Business Management team at Pinion Advisory.
This three-year program is designed for farming families who are ready to work together and plan for the future. What makes it work is the mix of skills we bring: Royce focuses on financials, analysis and decision-making, while I support the people side with communication, relationships and planning.
