Join Bron Stedall at the Thriving Women 2024 Conference – Empowering Women in Agriculture

26 Jun 2024

Bron Stedall Thriving Women Conference 2024

We are thrilled that Bron Stedall, People Development Consultant for Pinion Advisory, will present at the upcoming Thriving Women 2024 Conference in Hahndorf. This year's conference, themed "Be the Change," is dedicated to empowering and uniting women in agriculture to make impactful changes in their fields and beyond.

About the conference

Set against the stunning Adelaide Hills at the Hahndorf Convention Centre, the Thriving Women 2024 Conference is designed to inspire, collaborate, and empower. Over 200 attendees from diverse agricultural backgrounds will come together to engage in this vibrant event. This conference is not just an event but a movement towards fostering leadership, sustainable practices, and advocacy within the agricultural community and rural areas.

Bron's Toolbox sessions

Bron will lead two pivotal sessions at the conference:

(Session 2 – Day 1) -

Navigating succession when family relationships are strained

Succession planning is crucial yet often complex within family farming operations. Bron's session will explore the intricate dynamics and common conflicts that arise during this critical transition. Attendees will learn about the motivations behind family disputes and gain tools for stress management and strategies for fostering clear, compassionate communication. This session promises to transform apprehension into actionable understanding, focusing on proactive solutions and personal accountability in communications.

(Session 4 – Day 2)

'I'll Follow You to the Ends of the Earth': Leadership!

Leadership transcends the fields and enters every aspect of our lives. In this transformative discussion, Bron will dissect the three core pillars of impactful leadership—Competence, Confidence, and Connection. Using engaging storytelling and interactive dialogue, she will guide attendees through understanding and leveraging their leadership capabilities across various roles in agriculture. Participants will leave with a self-assessment of their leadership strengths and strategies to enhance their influence and productivity.

Bron's sessions are not just talks but transformative experiences that equip participants with the knowledge and tools to instigate change effectively. Whether it's navigating the tricky waters of family succession or stepping up as a leader in agricultural and community settings, attendees will gain invaluable insights and practical strategies to apply in their daily lives and careers.
